I am a California attorney who provides hands-on, practical advice and counseling to growth-oriented companies, entrepreneurs, venture capital firms and investors.

I specialize in serving as outsourced general counsel to companies that don't need a full-time attorney yet require closer contact and greater efficiency than they get from an outside law firm. I work with a handful of companies at a time and integrate closely with the management team, but without becoming an employee of the company.
